Delhi Police Running Test 2026

The running event is the first stage of the Physical Endurance Test.

Male Candidates

  • Distance: 1600 Metres
  • Time Limit (Up to 30 Years): 6 Minutes

Female Candidates

  • Distance: 800 Metres
  • Time Limit: 8 to 10 Minutes (Depending on Age Category)

Candidates failing to complete the race within the prescribed time will be disqualified.


Long Jump Standards
