What Is JAIIB?
JAIIB stands for Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. It is a professional banking certification conducted by IIBF for eligible banking and financial-sector employees.
The examination helps candidates strengthen their knowledge of banking operations, accounting, financial services, banking technology, customer relations and legal aspects of banking.

Is IIBF Membership Mandatory?
Yes. Eligible candidates must satisfy the IIBF membership requirements to register for JAIIB. Generally, candidates need to be employed with a bank or financial institution that is an institutional member of IIBF and hold eligible membership.
Can Non-Bankers Apply for JAIIB?
Non-bankers generally cannot directly register for JAIIB under the regular member route. IIBF offers the Diploma in Banking & Finance (DB&F) route for eligible candidates who are not currently working in a bank. Important
